DANZAS HAS launched a joint venture with World Express Co Limited, Port Louis, Mauritius. The new company has been named Danzas AEI Intercontinental (Mauritius) Ltd and belongs to the Intercontinental Business Unit of Danzas.
In terms of the venture, World Express Co. Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cargo Express Company Limited, will control 65% of the joint venture company and Danzas AEI Inc. the remaining 35%.
