Join an international clearing and forwarding agent as their next Customs Supervisor managing a team of 5 Entry Clerks.
Our client is an internationally renowned clearing and forwarding agent with offices nationally covering 4 main cities.
They have an exciting new role available for a Customs Supervisor and require an individual with extensive customs knowledge to lead and manage 5 Entry Clerks.
This role focusses on imports for all modes of transport but exports experience would be advantageous.
Experience in handling tariff determinations, dealing with customs officials, processing VOC's, refunds and supporting the sales team in closing new business is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Customs Supervisory role is a non-negotiable.
- Matric.
- CargoWise experience is a non-negotiable.
- Experience handling tariff determinations.
