Country GL & Tax Co-Ordinator - Durban North

Strong management accounting, financial accounting, internal auditing & tax experience required for this international shipping concern. Oversee all General Ledger accounts, excellent understanding of Shipping, as will be submitting quarterly overhead budgets & forecast (Detention & Demurrage revenue). Be the point of entry for preparing & completion of Annual Financial Statements including being responsible for Taxation in SA & queries related to the Trial Balancing & reporting.  Calculate & submit all tax returns in an accurate & timely manner, closing of taxation / vat audits & assessments. Work with all departments to prevent revenue leakage & overcharging on the operational side.
