The Automotive Business Council, previously known as the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa, has appointed Billy Tom as its first president of colour.
Tom was elected during the organisation’s annual general assembly held at the end of August at Kariega in the Eastern Cape.
Apart from his latest assignation, Tom also serves as chief executive officer of Isuzu Motors Southern Africa.
