DSV has completed its DKK 30.2-billion acquisition of Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) from Kuwait-based Agility, cementing its position as a top-three player within transport and logistics, says Group CEO Jens Bjørn Andersen.
The aim, he adds, is to continue to grow the business.
“The acquisition of GIL marks an important milestone on the growth journey for DSV. Within transport and logistics, size is critical - and with the acquisition DSV has fortified its position as one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies.”
