For “Trading across borders” it is third from the bottom at 187th – marginally better than enforcing contracts (178th).There has been some improvement, however, with the participation of private companies in the terminal handling process at the Port of Matadi, reducing cargo handling time by improving the quality of service, according to the 2020 Doing Business report.
