Description:
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Customs Quality Controller to join their team
Ensure that RCG submissions to Customs are meticulously prepared
Thoroughly review incoming shipping documents
Scrutinize details such as weights, number of pieces, sales terms, and ensure accurate values and invoice numbers
Verify that the packing list, invoice, and bill of lading correspond correctly
Examine forwarding files and registration files for accuracy
Prior to sending documents to the Customs entry department, ensure that all documents are in perfect order, requiring no further corrections
Check system remarks & edocs
Be prepared to assist with entry submissions and file registrations when necessary
