Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the logistics market, focusing on air, sea, road, and contract logistics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enhance the company's market presence.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations.
- Manage and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Lead and manage responses to RFQs (Requests for Quotations), ensuring timely and effective proposals.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, adhering to local legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the clearing and forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license.
