A RECENT letter to FTW from one of its international readers, Chen Yong-Ping of Shanghai Hua an Container Trans Corporation based in Shanghai, offers our advertisers a point to ponder.
He writes: I find your magazine very different from those of Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Some advertisements have no e-mail address, some have no fax number and some have no postal mailing address. This makes it difficult for a foreign reader to contact the company quickly for information. RSA is a great country with many good sea ports. Much cargo will be transhipped via Durban and Cape Town.
These two port cities are international ones so you'd better urge every advertiser to show their e-mail. I think my suggestions will bring big benefits to them in future.
