Nigerian port authority posts sterling results

Managing director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Hadiza Bala Usman, announced yesterday that the NPA had generated N299.56 billion (around R9.9 billion) in revenue in 2017.

NPA corporate and strategic communications general manager, Abdullah Goje, said that this exceeded the revenue made by the authority in 2016 by 84.65% and was the highest revenue generated in the past five years.
