Logistics major sets up Eastern Europe hub

Kuehne + Nagel has established a central hub in Vienna for groupage overland operations to and from Eastern Europe, Jörg Herwig, senior vice president road & rail Eastern Europe, said yesterday. “The hub is another important step in Kuehne + Nagel’s strategy to continuously expand its European roadfreight network,” he added.
The new Eastern Hub will connect all major countries of Eastern Europe via direct lines and with over 300 weekly departures.
