The BALtrans Group, founded in 1982, is a global freight forwarding and logistics company with an international network spanning all key markets across the world. In January 2003 it purchased the Jardine Logistics Group which had held a longstanding minority shareholding in the Clover Cargo Group since its launch in 1989. BALtrans Clover Cargo goes forward under the continued leadership of its local founding shareholders, Vincent Magnus, Geoff Partridge and Brian Wicht.
