Withdrawal anti-dumping duty - 15 March 2002
The provision 207.01/3926.
20/01.06 for the anti-dumping duty on certain pilches of polymers of vinyl chloride, imported from or originating in China and Hong Kong is withdrawn.
Amendments to the Rules of the Customs and Excise Act - 15 March 2002
Licensing of Remover of Goods in Bond
The amendment to the Rules of the Customs and Excise Act (the Act) published on 15 March 2002 relate to Ôlicensing of remover of goods in bondÕ, and is inserted as Section 64D.
In accordance with these amendments the following DA-forms are issued:
* DA 187 - Customs and Road Freight Manifest
* DA 188 - Certificate of Approval of Means of Transport
* DA 189 - Customs Inspection Report
Accreditation of Clients
The amendment to the Rules of the Act published on 15 March 2002 relates to Ôaccreditation of clientsÕ, and is inserted as Section 64E.
In accordance with the amendments the following forms are issued:
* Pro Forma Agreement - Between the Commissioner of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and an Accredited Client
* DA 186 - Application for Customs and Excise Accredited Client Status
Review of the
anti-dumping duty - Response due
The initiation of a review of the anti-dumping duties on Suspension PVC, classifiable under tariff subheading 3904.10, originating in or imported from Brazil, France, United States of America and the United Kingdom. Response due 31 March 2002.
