Chinese manufacturer of commercial and passenger vehicles, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile (JAC Motors), plans to begin exporting its light trucks to South Africa in the second quarter of this year. It also plans to establish a local South African office later this year.
The company’s international exports grew globally by over 200% in 2011, and this growth will support plans to enter into other emerging markets, such as South Africa, in the coming years, according to a statement.
Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co, (known worldwide simply as JAC), was created in 1964 and has been listed on the Shanghai stock exchange since 2001.
