A+ & N+, COMPTIAA+, CCNA Certificate knowledge required. Serve as a key backup for the Area ITC, managing work-flows & daily tasks. Lead negotiations & manage procurement with suppliers. Oversee & maintain IT budget forecasting. Install & troubleshoot essential hardware components like memory, modems & hard drives in both PC's and servers.
