In an industry long perceived as male-dominated, women are breaking barriers and carving their path to success.
The freight sector's growth has been undeniable, but the narrative of male dominance doesn't tell the whole story.
Beyond the traditional male-dominated roles, women have been making significant strides in finance, marketing, human resources, and various other structures that underpin this thriving sector.

She says many initiatives are ongoing, encouraging women to choose the freight sector as a career option.

With the technological advances and partnerships required for robust supply chains, the industry is evolving from what it looked like even five years ago."
