LAST WEEK's article headed Strong pound hits airfreight rates, which reports a substantial decline in business on the SA - UK route, created the wrong impression about Virgin Atlantic Cargo's volumes, says Brian Hicks, general manager, Africa of local agents Air Cargo Partners.
According to Hicks, Virgin's volumes are in fact on the increase.
