International freight forwarder seeks your minimum 3- 5 years experience within Sea & Air freight forwarding environment coupled with excellent customer services skills. Compile quotations, provide support to the Business Development Managers, reporting and ensure top notch service delivery to customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to build and manage relationships combined with a proven understanding of operations. Oversee the clients shipments ensuring updates are communicated, smooth running & problem solving with financial targets met. Exciting role for a team player with a passion for customer services and logistics.
