Manage & oversee cross-border transport operations. Co-ordinate with subcontractors & partners to secure & execute transport contracts effectively. Suitable individual will demonstrate exceptional organizational & communication skills to handle high-pressure situations, as this role demands a dedicated professional who will travel frequently including cross-border trips to drive operational success. Lead, manage & develop a team of drivers, logistics co-ordinators & other support staff. Plan, direct & monitor all transport operations, including scheduling, routing & tracking of vehicles, ensuring timely & cost-effective delivery of goods across various borders.
