Cosatu has released a statement confirming that members will embark on mass action on March 7 against what they call the “casualisation” of labour, attempts to restrict the right to strike and the imposition of e-tolling.
According to the Cosatu statement, the mass action will take the form of rallies, demonstrations, pickets, placards and siyalalas in all major towns and cities.
It will begin at 00h00 and end at 24h00 on March 7.
