Spanning an area of 225 000 square metres, the facility offers comprehensive logistics solutions, such as multimodal connectivity across all transport sectors, warehousing options for business-to-business and e-commerce clients, temperature-sensitive storage, a customs-bonded set-up, specialised facilities designed for industries such as FMCG, frozen food, automotive, retail, petrochemicals, electronics and pharmaceuticals, distribution services, including first- and last-mile deliveries, customs clearance services, visibility solutions, and a control tower.
It will generate up to 70% of its energy from 32 000 solar panels installed over a 64 000 square-metre rooftop.
Additionally, the facility will utilise electric equipment and trucks within the park, as well as energy-efficient LED lighting optimised with light sensors.
