The Barloworld Group has merged its automotive and logistics divisions.

The new integrated division will be led by Kamogelo Mmutlana, the chief executive officer of the logistics division. Charl Groenewald will take over the logistics division as chief executive, reporting to Mmutlana.

Groenewald has over 24 years’ experience within Barloworld Equipment.
