The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Commission (B-BBEE Commission) – which falls within the administration of the Department of Trade and Industry (dti) – will kick-start its awareness campaign on the B-BBEE Act with a conference
The event, to be held on March 29 at the Midrand Conference Centre in Gauteng from 08h30 - 16h00, will focus on the practice of fronting. The B-BBEE Amendment Act 46 of 2013 was enacted to create the B-BBEE Commission to monitor and investigate these fronting practices.
Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies, will deliver the keynote address.
