Supply chain and logistics academy Metro Minds will hold the first of its bimonthly “Power Hour” brainstorming sessions on January 20.
Tomorrow’s session starts at 4pm, and for those who can’t make it, another Power Hour featuring the same topics will be held on Tuesday, January 25.
Promoted as “nothing formal, just powerful”, the year’s first Power Hour will look at the year ahead under the question, “2+0+2+2 – What can we expect”.
Also on the agenda is “Nifty Skills Talk”, and a look at the recent acquisition by neutral consolidator SACO CFR of a majority shareholding in Metro Minds.
That discussion topic is titled: “SACO CFR/Metro Minds – What is in it for you?”
Says Juliette Fourie, founder and chief executive of Metro Minds: “We will host these sessions once every two months and alternate between face-to-face and virtual engagements, ensuring we all align and know about the newest info in the market.
“We will also encourage you to let us know if there are any other topics that you want to know more about.
“We are here to serve you and the greater part of the industry and we need to align and make sure we are prepared for the now and plan for the future.”
