Da Costa said the company had introduced two new products which had been particularly well received. “We now have a neutral scheduled consolidation service from Europe to Johannesburg via Schiphol in Amsterdam,” he told Freight News.“This allows for transit and Road Feeder Service (RFS) cross-border solutions to over 20 destinations via Johannesburg.” It caters for freighter-specific cargo as well as cargo that can move on passenger aircraft – with direct premium and standard services applicable.Da Costa said the service operated from the shipper’s door in Europe to the destination airport from where it could be forwarded to a number of African destinations.“All the client needs to do is move their Europe freight into our consolidation and they have access to these services.” The company also now offers a weekly scheduled freighter to Mauritius from Johannesburg. Da Costa said growing volumes on this service was a priority
